You can delete your data or your entire account at any time. When you use the in-app option the deletion takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no “freeze” step. This page explains the options and how to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed.
Ava Habit Tracker (package com.mk.ava) stores your habits and related content in the cloud (Google Firebase) so it can sync across your devices. You are always in control of that data and can remove it whenever you wish.
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete data. This immediately removes the following from your account while keeping your sign-in so you can start fresh:
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This immediately deletes everything listed above and your account itself (your Google or guest sign-in is removed). This action cannot be undone.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access the in-app option for any reason, you can still request deletion over the web. Email me@maxkeppeler.com from the email address associated with your account (or include it in the message) and ask for your account and data to be deleted. Requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Once you delete it, the data described above is gone. I retain only the minimum information that the law requires me to keep (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes relating to a paid subscription). Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you are not affected.
For full details on how your data is handled, see the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, contact me at me@maxkeppeler.com.
